What crisis
I thought they were talking it down.
Then again never miss an opportunity for a Tory cliche.'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0 -
Well this $ boy is just loving it.....
Nearly as much as the Euro boooooys.;)In case you hadn't already worked it out - the entire global financial system is predicated on the assumption that you're an idiot:cool:0 -

Looks nice but a mil won't get you much of a house and the roads round there are carp - 45mins (++with caravans) to a decent stretch of dual carriageway and you are still 3 hours (+++with caravans) from civilisation.inspector_monkfish wrote: »Nice coved beaches in South Hams, Devon.

Weirdly I take great comfort from the fact I live so close to London and all that culture (read pubs) but seem to take advantage less and less often...it is just the fact that it is there if I wanted it that somehow reassures - and I guess being not far from lots of airports serving lots of destinations is also a plus - I guess once I have got the private jet that will be less of an issue.inspector_monkfish wrote: »3hrs from civilisation?

Exeter, is quite a good little airport, once you are there its a whizz up the M5 to Bristol, another nic little airport.
westcountry still has some decent pubs. I confess I find some culture difficult (a local outdoor opera this year saw me sneak out after act one:o) but its not non-existant. 0 -
