I'm having a  day too.

I am so fed up with the band's management I could bloody scream. Hubby is tour managing on this tour (in the US still) and they haven't given him anywhere near enough cash. He had to pay £1300 excess baggage going out there, hotels, fuel etc etc. They put £530 in the bank. So for the past 2 weeks I've been chasing and chasing. So far we have had to pay £4,000 out of personal money, it was either that or they are all stuck out there with no hotels and no way to get home. So, to keep the tour running hubby has been using what cash we had. I was promised on Tuesday money had been paid in, nothing. Yesterday I lost the plot at them and was told it would be done before close of business. No cash. Today still nothing. They are flying home today and unless the money is in the bank before they get to the airport there will be no instruments flying back because we just don't have the cash to pay another lot of excess baggage. Quite why the hell we are funding a tour I don't know, we haven't been paid for the last tour yet.

Then I went into town to post some ebay stuff at the sorting office. i was no more than 10 mins and I came out to a parking ticket. The bloke was there and I said, what the hell is this for. he said, your back wheels are on the yellow lines. Seriously, if they were it was no more than 1". I argued, he grinned and said tough. So I called him a ****.

Grrrrrrrrr Toto - what a little jobs-worth on the parking ticket! Band stuff sounds like a nightmare...did the tour at least go well?

Dishwasher has gone - whooop whoopp.

Just phoned tax credits about the impending SSP...he did some rough calculations and said we'd jump from the basic £10.50 per week to £106 per week ... I'll believe that when I see it.

Got some eggies boiling for eggy mayo baguette for lunch....I'm soooooooo hungry today!
