    Phoned JSA. Apparently I got a trainee yesterday an she e-mailed the wrong department. Been promised a call back within 24 hours! I guess that means Monday.

    Did you get the name of the person you spoke to today? I've found with most things if you ask specifically for their full name (first and family name) then you're more likely to get half decent service... only becuase you are armed with a name to complain about! ETA or praise in the event of exceptional service!!!

    Oh Bookie, I really think it's time you took this higher, to your MP and anyone else who might listen.

    I'm waiting for the social worker to come and do a new assessment, and the furniture people to come and take the old sofa, then I have to go to Otley again (with my purse this time!), pick up sister from train station and go to York to see a band. Wish I could skip the band to be honest, I still feel ill, but can't. I should be able to fit a long nap in somewhere though.

  • I spoke to MPs office yesterday. Apparently official complaints forms are at the JS office. I just think that they are going to turn down my claim.

    another day of me being on a mission...am cleaning and rarranging kitchen :eek:
    2 loads of washing on the line, then have litergy to go to at school...um!

    might take dd to beach and swimming this afternoon as its glorious here :)

    Yay to seeing the Sea bookie...I love going to the beach when the sun is out and its a bit chilly! (although by this afternoon it will have warmed up )
