My gf used 150 extra points wys £25 and double points yesterday. They both said not to be used in conjunction with store-wide points events but the girl on the till said she'd try them anyway and they worked

The Boots codes thread seems to think that CLTK46 is an extra 500 points for each £50 spend. See here. That means you'd get 1000 points off a £100 spend so don't need to split your shop. I think this is better than going into the store, if it works the next time Boots.com has a Christmas points event, unless you have loads of other coupons.

oh man, I didn't realize that there'd be 1200 points next thur on an online shop. grr, I just did my shopping at the weekend. tsk

Will the online shop automatically add £12 to my points online or will I have to go into Boots and update via their machines?

I think it depends on the store. As one of my local ones is the 11th but all the others is the 12th! Call and check before you go along what day its on! x
