Can you use the double points (on spend only) and extra points wys vouchers from mailings at the xmas nights?

I'm sure I read somewhere that people have successfully. But on the voucher it says cannot be used at storewide points events.

It would be a bonus if i could. Otherwise I'm better off doing two seperate trasactions and using mailing vouchers.

    TIA

Im positive that they do work, but you need to get a nice SA who is willing to scan them! Some of the SA's will look at the voucher and see that it says you cant use it and wont even entertain you! Try use a self service till if you have them at your branch ;)

I guess a trip to Bluewater is on the books! I've never seen any SS tills in Bromley/Charlton/Eltham. Or maybe someone can enlighten me if they have them in the Whitgift Centre store in Croydon?

The double Pts will work, I used mine at the last shopping evening. I also used a total spend voucher for £25 and one for £40. I just went to a SA who didn't appear to be looking at vouchers too closely. They scanned fine :D So check out the SA before you start shopping ;)

I went in the first hour of the event starting and most SA were far too busy trying to manage the big queues. The only SA I noticed querying them were those at the perfume counters where queues were smaller

BTW the atm in the store let me print out 10 of the total spend vouchers but I know other stores close them off, but they scanned fine too as well as my mailing ones.

On the last night the only spend voucher was for 150 points on a £20 or £25 spend.

hi has anyone that done the online order for the 1200 points had them yet as my boots account says they are not pending yet and my stuff was delivered on the 3rd so i should be able to get them of the acm but there not showing online yet

My order was delivered on the 2nd so I went to collect my points at the ACM yesterday - they weren't there to be collected! and there is nothing showing on my account online either. I called Boots and the customer advisor said to wait a few days then try again, if the ACM doesn't give the points they can do it manually for you - the guy I spoke to said I definitely have the points it's just when they show up at the ACM (or if!).
