Thanks, I think the stuff I got will be okay anyway. What kid doesn't like Lego after all...0 -

The online deal was good enough for me to do it anyway but I bought a fragrance set and it annoys me that I could have got money off or extra points.
Was this a deliberate action by Boots or just a glitch at my store? If it's a glitch I will kick up a major fuss.
I was able to use the machines throughout the day yesterday-before and during the points event. And the vouchers I gave the SA went through fine! I ended up with 1950 in points for a £50 spend! :TBest 2018 wins: £1500, £500 John Lewis voucherBest 2019 wins: 18 of the latest DVDsBest 2020 wins: £100 cash 2021 wins: 130 books 2021 wins: Jubilee silver necklace 2023: 8xfootball shirts, Spar vouchers, £200 Tesco voucher,0 -
Does anyone know what would happen if you buy stuff tonight, get the points, and subsequently have to return it? I'm waiting on someone to tell me what they want for xmas and tempted to just guess tonight but if it turns out not to be suitable then I would need to return.
I returned something yesterday, because I was overcharged. This meant my total spend went below the £50 threshold....Luckily I was able to persuade the SA to let me keep the points! She said I shouldn't be able to keep them, but due to the other SA mucking up, she would let me off....so effectively only spent £39 and got 1950 points! :jBest 2018 wins: £1500, £500 John Lewis voucherBest 2019 wins: 18 of the latest DVDsBest 2020 wins: £100 cash 2021 wins: 130 books 2021 wins: Jubilee silver necklace 2023: 8xfootball shirts, Spar vouchers, £200 Tesco voucher,0 -

I spent £50 or just over, but used a Boots No7 voucher and for some reason, the till wouldn't add my points!
Took the SA half an hour to work it all out, in the end I had to put something extra in to get my 1200 points!
In total gained around 1800 points as I used coupons here and there, also used £30 in boots vouchers from surveys too so only spent £20:T For once ToLuna came in as useful! In total, thats like 90% cashback!0 -

oh thanks how did u know soooo fast!0 -
I called Boots up last week and the women on the line told me that Boots at Bond Street/Sedley place London will have evenings on the 2nd and the 26th.
I also went and visited Piccadilly Circus and was told they have events on the 12th and the 26th
and have had mailings to tell me that Canary Wharf/Canada Square, Belxleyheath and Bromley have events in the 12th of November.0 -
Hiya, mmmkbb.
I know the next lot of nights for Newcastle/Gateshead because Mr Boots kindly sent me an invite a couple of days ago. I didn't want to post it straight away because we were still all planning our first round of shopping.
The only thing I don't understand is that Newcastle Eldon Square is never mentioned on my invites. Don't they want me?:rolleyes:Mirror, mirror, on the wall.I am my mother after all!0 -
Does anyone know if they will be having another 1200 points when you spend £50.00 on-line event. Got my Christmas list almost sorted now, but would like the bonus of extra points.TIA0
