  • Borokat, whenever I've returned something I've had to swipe my card and the points are taken off. If you just do an exchange your points should be fine.

    It's only a game

Does anyone know what would happen if you buy stuff tonight, get the points, and subsequently have to return it? I'm waiting on someone to tell me what they want for xmas and tempted to just guess tonight but if it turns out not to be suitable then I would need to return.

You would be better exchanging it because if you buy it on 342 then some of them say you have to bring back all three items for a refund  so if you can do an exchange you would be better off!

:D Found the bit of paper with the t&c's for the shopping nights!

A total of 1200 points will be added to your card each time the £50 threshold has been met. Points are not available on infant milks (up to 6 months) prescriptions, postage stamps or gift cards/vouchers. Offer valid at thee events only. Offer not valid at Boots Opticians, Boots Vision Plan, Boots Hearingcare, Boots trave or insurance services.

Soooo in answer to someones question phone top ups will be included in the points events :D

    Morning everyone

I must say, some of you are professional bargain calculators :)

This £5 off £30 electrical beauty spend - is that a code that someone might be able to share? I'm after an £80 electric razor. I do have an Advantage Card but probably not used it within the last year. They don't seem to offer me anything ever... I suspect because I'm a man I'm afraid...

Sorry, it was a coupon which was sent to me in the post. I'd buy it at a Christmas evening and you'll get 1200 points (£12) for every £50 you spend, so worth bumping up your purchases to spend £100 so you get 2400 points back. Plus start putting your card into the pink ad card machines to see what vouchers you are given.
  • I really want 2 x Etch a Sketch and a Lego brick box but both are oos online. Has anyone seen these items instore? Just wondering as i will pop over to store tomorrow if there is a chance they do have them instore and take advantage of the points evening too!

I have seen the etch a sketches in the Worthing store today - I think last of the points evening's is tonight for the 1200 points so tomorrow would be too late
  • That was a horrible experiance and this is coming from someone who loves shopping

my head is done in, never again lol

Just finishing my order off and trying to resist doing another whilst the points offer is on. Had a code for 1000 points on a £100 spend so very pleased. I am tempted to get a few more goodies and use one of the other codes from the net.

They usually do more points nights though so still undecided.

Spoke too soon, Boots seems to be acting up at checkout and has taken off all the points except for 198. Thought the site was ok as well, knew it was too good to be true.

Just back from points night - so good :D

Bought 2 perfume sets and a hairdrier. So I managed to use the £5 off electrical voucher and the 500 extra points for buying a perfume. So in total I got over 2900 points + I saved an extra fiver :D

Really chuffed! Need to get the elle set when its on oow tomorrow now lol, they are stacked all over the shop!
