I have some gift vouchers to use, can anyone please tell me if I can use them if I spend over £50 and still get points?
  • Don't want to start a fight but in previous years ( I've been to the last 7 xmas preview evenings ) It has been a matter of splitting your shopping into £50 baskets i.e a £100 spend does not earn £24 of points
I would love to be proved wrong as it is a bit of a pain splitting everything into £50 baskets

I called up their customer services, and the person confirmed it was 1,200 points per £50, and no need to split.
I asked specifically about spending £250 on a single item (i.e not being able to split into separate baskets), and they said yep that was fine, I'd get a total of 6,000 points :T:T

Of course depends on said thing being available on the night!!:eek:
Can anyone tell me when Newbury and Reading are please? I deleted the email! Thanks

Reading is the 29th October (Thursday)

    HTH :)

Don't worry. You can take advantage of the offer online. On my mailing was a little push out card, the points can be earned on the 28th & 29th October :j:j

It will also save all the carrying home of heavy bags:)

God, I hope this is true - would really really help out!! Fingers crossed......is it any particular time during those days, or all day (both days)?

Unfortunately not. The double points vouchers only double your regular points (so you'll get 8 points per £ instead of 4), not any bonus points.

Yes, you will still qualify for the bonus points if you pay all or partly with gift vouchers:D

My double points vouchers has on it it cannot be used at the points events. its just 1200 points you get. Ie like when you have a voucher for 100 extra points on a £20 spend, you would get 80 points for the £20 spend then 100 on top. On points evening its just a straight 1200 points for each £50

I was just explaining how the double points vouchers usually work, not specifically in relation to the xmas shopping evenings IYSWIM. Sorry if that wasn't clear.
