I've just phoned their customer services as I really wanted this item and they appear not to care in the slightest :-[

Spoke to an individual who could only say it was out of stock and couldn't give any further explanation. Then got through to a manager who used the 'it's Christmas and our stock isn't automatically updated' B/S!

As I pointed out to her, this is not a good first time order and she could not comment further so I've requested the account be cancelled with them full stop.

Anyone who has ordered one should be receiving a letter in the next couple of days to advise they are unavailable. I questioned why they didn't even have the courtesy to email this but she could not answer.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Its almost like they dangle these really very cheap items like carrots waiting for us donkeys to come and place our credit card and home addy details when they only have 1 of each in stock or maybe none at all.........

I ordered the Pressure washer and the fryer in the past few days and although my cc money has been reserved for the amounts I dont expect now to see the fryer and the washer has cancelled on my web account.

I hope those ordering the travel cases have better luck, but I doubt it...

I have to say that I have had no problem with this company...managed to get all things I wanted..I have a power washer on order and the site says it's been dispatched...I will keep you informed...mind you I didn't order 10!!!

I ordered long before it got onto this site, and my order has been cancelled.

No notification, but looked on the website with my ref no. and it's cancelled.

I also phoned them this evening to check when my pressure washer would be delivered (Ordered Monday afternoon)
Was told by young lad at D2D who I could only describe as a 'Space Cadet' (As he certainly wasn't on this planet that's for sure!!!!) that there was no stock and they'd cancelled the order. (No email to notify me of this either!!!)
I then told him the website had let me order it as it was showing in stock and he said he'd put me through to someone else who could help (Someone that may have been on the same planet as me!!!! ).Hung on and hung on and nothing.Called back and spoke to a woman who basically told me the same and she couldn't apologise enough.Me thinks this stinks somehow and it does make you wonder just how many of these Karchers they actually had to sell in the first place
They also confirmed that they'd be getting NO more stock in either!!! Ah well,was good while it lasted!!!!  ::)

Well I ordered my power washer before it was even posted on this website...so if anyone gets one who ordered as a result of the original post on here I will be most unhappy! I am unhappy with them anyway - if I hadn't checked online as to the status I would have been expecting delivery tomorrow.

I never opened an account with them for the free p&p but placed a normal order for the washer.

I have tried to track my order with the reference number and it is just coming up page not available??
