Ordered yesterday (03/01/05) and received both confirmation emails.

Today order is showing as 'Order Cancelled' online. No other communication from them.

Someone has just cancelled a £169.99 "Buy Now" auction for 10 of these on EBay....I wonder why!!!

They'd already sold 4 of them!!

It must be someone from here as they're selling Dell PCs as well!!

Look at some of their feedback as well...the goods will be somewhat familiar to regulars on here! (Argos RO etc etc)

Looks like someone ought to get a real job instead of bottom feeding off the bargains here!

I ordered 1 washer the eve before last and thats also cancelled now even though CC still has the money reserved.

I ordered the fryer from there too yesterday, cc money reserved for that also but I guess if 50 of them appear on ebay I wont see that either...

Well, good luck. I ordered a sony camcorder from them before christmas. Order was processed, i had confirmation but they never took payment and I never received it.

After dozens and dozens of phone calls and emails to try and get my dads christmas pressie i finally I gave up on it. None of their customer service people knew what they were on about. Many of them said they had re-processed it and id get the item within a few days. Others said "oh you need to re-order".... errr.. how, it was a special offer! Either way, i was apalled at their lack of professionalism.

At no point did they contact me to explain that they had had a problem trying to take payment from my card and at no point did they try to retake the payment, even through there was nothing wrong with my card or the details i supplied.

Of course, even though I snapped the camcorder up when there was dozens left and this was their mistake, they refused to honor this or offer me any subsitute.

Looks like this person was more sucessfull at getting their sony camcorder from discount2doors!!!
