    it has to be pointed out to the ignorant (like yourself) who seem to be immediate armchair experts on the UK housing market (in this case the London housing market) helped by a bit of Googling when they don't have the remotest clue... :)

  • I think you all know that Hamish refers to the February Nationwide release, which was the low point in the Nationwide index. He has done it often enough as you are aware (he's preaching ;))
