Does any one know what the heck is going on with Vodaphone?
I've got a mobile that i don't use very much probably last used it a month ago, anyway i used to be able to phone then up via the mobile and top up with my debit card. I can't even access any of the numbers like 2345. I really didn't want to register with them online, but even when i did try this it wouldn't let me the site is asking me for a security code that it states has been sent to my mobile. Well if it has i can't access the code
. I contacted Vodaphone NO HELP WHATSOEVER!!!. Someone replied by pointing me in the direction of the Vodaphone site i'd obviously been on there, they didn't even reply to my message properly regarding the security code. The other reply i got from them was someone will contact me within 5 days HUH?. Not good, i'm fizzing:mad::eek:
All help greatly appreciated, thanks

Has the sim been switch off ? Is the phone showing any signal ?
CS are right that they can't access an acc until they've cleared the owner (due to the date protection act). You should have a 4 digit code that was either set by you or sent to you when you first activated the sim.0 -
Hi Jon 01, thanks for replying. :T
I had a red flashing envelope sign and a cross signal, so dont think i was receiving a signal took out the battery and then popped it back in and what do you know its working. Perhaps i was a bit harsh on Vodaphone:o, but their site never mentions taking out the battery. Anyway i've topped up now, so i'm happy :j
:beer:I love this place :j:T:j0
