Agreed - hard to be precise unless Darragh or his friends really want to "come clean" on the figures, but as they're only a small outfit with little clout with retailers you wouldn't expect them to get more than 5% discount - so £9.50 paid on a £10 voucher. Best guess only in the absence of hard facts of course.0 -
Exactly. 150 points plus 50p = £2. Exactly 20% of the face value of £10.I'm not just talking about my wife, I'm talking about my LIFE, and I'm not just talking about MY life, I'm talking about everybody's life. I'm talking about form. I'm talking about content, I'm talking about interrelationships. I'm talking about God, the devil, Heaven, Hell. Do you understand...FINALLY?0

Well hopefully, now that the problem has been highlighted, most of the people on here won't be betting on the jackpots as much, and pigback will realise that they need to be fairer and make some changes or their profit from the jackpots will go down a lot.
I can dream..... lol!0 -

My last job was as a Manager of an Amusment Arcade where we had prize bingo. They used to swap bingo tokens for various vouchers, M&S, Somerfield and High Street vouchers that could be spent at various places including Argos and Boots. For every £3000 that the company purchased they were charged £2700.
