That said, if I understand correctly what has been said, the Ts & Cs of the jackpot system have not been available for a while. I seem to remember looking for them myself some time ago, and not finding them, even though I had seen them before.
If so, that does seem to me to be rather naughty. I'm sure PB should have the Ts & Cs prominently available, if not displayed.
However, if people are betting without knowing the rules, to some minor degree they are letting themselves in for anything, and should accept a share of the blame. (Note, I didn't say "equal" share).
If all the above is true, it seems to me that the least PB should do is to refund staked points, re-instate the Ts & Cs page rapidly, and consider an ex gratia payment of some bonus points to those affected.
Have I got the right end of the stick?I'm not just talking about my wife, I'm talking about my LIFE, and I'm not just talking about MY life, I'm talking about everybody's life. I'm talking about form. I'm talking about content, I'm talking about interrelationships. I'm talking about God, the devil, Heaven, Hell. Do you understand...FINALLY?0 -

Certainly makes sense.....
I have to say that Darragh has always been helpful with PB matters but the Jackpot issue has never been resolved....0 -
i hope this jackpot mess up get sorted out soon!
I think we should have piggypoint compensation for all getting our hopes up for winning but then losing the piggypoints? LOL
Please explain this Darragh
Please can you make the jackpots worth while and worth doing!!
Thanks0 -
They have some terms and conditions - but not the full terms and conditions - see last line of terms and conditions.
But it does not cover everything.
Extra time, podium positions, disqualifications, how they stop under 18s betting, when we get paid, what happens to the rollover, there is no closing time on any of their jackpots despite them saying there is, where the results are posted, who the judge is and the full terms and conditions. Where we can complain to if we are unhappy and who they are regulated by.
Terms & Conditions at the bottom of the jackpot page
Your stake will be immediately deducted from your PiggyBank
The combined stake or the pool will be distributed among winners after the event is settled, less a 20% deduction for administration
If there is no winner, the jackpot will be rolled over to a later event
The closing date and time are indicated in all cases. Any entries made for whatever reason after this time may be deemed null and void
The judge's decision is final in all matters
You must be over 18 to participate in a jackpot
Full terms and conditions available from Pigsback.com0 -

Hi,
I'm a little bit confused about todays Money Matters quiz.
http://www.pigsback.com/offers/28449655/default.asp
I answered as 70 million which was an answer someone on here came up with, and it said "Sorry, wrong answer - try again", so I did - with all 3 answers each in turn and it still says "Sorry, wrong answer".
Anyone else getting this??
