NOOOOOO.....DS please leave your sig. There are far more annoying "this is what i will be doing with my money", "how i am saving for my holiday" sigs that are much much longer than yours. And frankly, they are not interesting to anyone but themselves.

Please keep up the entertainment. This thread is the only one that's keeping me sane while I slave away at my PhD.. one day, I might even write a thesis for it!

    Hi all

I got my first thing from Pigsback yesterday - a Boots voucher :) Now, I was wondering - can I spend it on some Benefit make-up, or are they only accepted on the more "chemisty" items?

    Thanks in advance

I LOVE benefit make up. :D

I have a solution. As it seems that droopsnout makes several posts a day, maybe he can leave his signature on his first post of the day and any subsequent posts he can 'untick' the box that says 'show your signature'?

Or alternatively, seeing as nobody working for MSE has a problem with his signature (as i have seen that they do tell people on here if they need to change/shorten their signatures) you could turn signatures off altogether?!

Just got in and caught up with this thread before watching the football. May I please put my two-penneth in? I love droopsnout's sig, it always makes me at least smile and often laugh out loud! I always look out for his posts and I will miss my daily fix if the sig is not restored asap!! Seems to me only one objector and lots of supporters so in the name of democracy give us back our signature!

I don't often post on this thread but droopsnout please put your signature back. I'm sure if there was something wrong with it you would of been told by now. Also there is a way of making it so signatures have a max characters so if it exceeds this it will tell you that you have too many characters and I'm guessing you don't get this message so please put it back. I find them really funny and I always read your signature before I even look at the posts.

Look at it this way as well how many times has a new PB's thread been started they have to be started by a BG so if there was a problem surely they would of said to you about it long before now

While I'm here thank you to all of those of you who put up the answers.

What do we want? Droopsnout's sig back!
When do we want it? Now!

I'd much rather have a quick glance and a chuckle at an amusing signature that takes up a couple of lines, than plough through the seemingly endless ream of banal posts and nonsensical arguments that this thread attracts from time to time

Actually, on the subject of nonsensical arguments, we seem to be amidst one right now...

I'm also quite amused by the fact that one of the 4yr olds in my GF's school class (she's a teacher :D ) brought a PB piggy into school with him

Equally amused that she recognised it and tried to talk to him about PB...think I'm converting her to the site! (well it has bought a load of free stuff for her...)

How can I do otherwise? :)

We all enjoy your signature, Droopsnout. The post asking for you to remove it was totally uncalled for. It makes you wonder what is going on in people's heads sometimes!

Don't let it make you feel unhappy about keeping it going, it raises a smile and makes people happy; it's part of the Pigsback thread subculture! :)
