I did my dell order through Quidco (sorry pigsback ) and still not got them (March ) so its probably nothing to do with pigsback more a Dell thing
By the way Ive been doing Pigsback since before you opened the official UK site and I disagree with earlier post - I dont know any other site where you can acrue points so quickly for such little effort - plus extra points from promos like the easter ones.
with regard to rewards - Boots - CD WOW - John Lewis - pizza Hut - Costa coffee etc and gifts. I really cant see how anyone can say the selection isnt for them, take Boots for example you can buy a hugh selection of items. Items sent quickly as well. I think the site is great.
I suppose thinking about it there isnt much for anyone who cant get to shops, so the selection online is limited to CD WOW. How about play.com or firebox vouchers ????
My best reward other than vouchers were the brollys - they were fantastic and Im still using mine - any chance of bringing them back (I know they were before the UK site was offically launched but they are great quality )Thanks to everyone who posts comps :T0 -

Hi,
sorry, I've just decided to read this post as originally I thought it looked like a scam or something, but people seem to be doing it quite a lot so I thought I'd post here. I haven't had time to read all of the posts - there are quite a lot! But could someone kind possibly inform me - is this all above board? And secondly is it worth doing?
If so, I think I'll give it a go!
thanks so much! :0)Money money money!0 -

No it's not a scam and yes it is worth doing. If you read page 1 of the thread it will tell you all you need to know. All the answers to the quizzes where you can win points are posted just after midnight and all the points sign ups and clickthroughs are posted on here as and when we find them. There is a forgotten, nay almost forbidden word which means more to me than any other. I'm quite happy with Pigsback at the moment, and have recommended my hubby and mother.
However, I must say, Darragh is the only helpful member of staff I'm afraid.
When I email other members of staff I get patronising responses or ignored completely. That's just *my* experience, though."I did then, what I knew then. And when I knew better, I did better"0 -
I would like to thank Darragh for sorting out my account. I also agree with CharleneUK. He is the most helpfull member at pigsback towers.0

From my experiences, I've found all the pigsback staff to be very couteous and helpful. There is a forgotten, nay almost forbidden word which means more to me than any other. That word is England.

There will always be a small number of people who cannot be satisfied by any company's CS staff. However, the number of complaints on these threads about responses from PB CS staff does give me some concern.
I do not think for a moment that the staff there have any intention of causing offence, but it may be that on the odd occasion the wording of a reply is not quite what it should be.
I know we here are amateurs, and they are pros, but haven't we all expressed a forum posting a little clumsily at one time or another. Or posted something that "sounded right" in our heads, but which in reality could be taken a different way by another reader?
Maybe that happens from time to time in a busy CS department.Much of the social history of the Western world over the past three decades has involved replacing what worked with what sounded good. - Thomas Sowell, "Is Reality Optional?", 19930
