Also, is it possible to cancel Buy It Now items? I bought an item and was wondering if i or the seller could cancel it? I dont mind if i cant, I would still buy it but if it's possible then I'll try.

No you can't cancel a BIN item, you have after all 'bought it'.

Don't take this the wrong way, but are you sure you're cut out for ebay? Getting NPB disputes started against you, buying BIN's you have second thoughts about and nearly falling for scam auctions, it sounds like you may get richer standing back from ebay for a while.

The auction was dodgy, i knew it thats why i put it up here to get more info from everyone here. The dispute isnt even my fault, paypal are taking the P, and BIN is an item which i wont mind buying just wondering if it could be cancelled. Even if it was to be cancelled I would bbuy it again at a later date as the cash would be used for somehting now.
