    A friend of mine is trialling this at the moment, and we've worked out that it's only 4 packet items per day needed to break even, or 13 large letters per day, so she's doing well out of it with around 25-30 items per day to post.

  • We looked into this a while ago, but when we asked how much saving we would get based on what we send (with full simple figures provided) we just got a chinglish reply asking us to phone them.

    If they can't answer basic questions at the customers convenience then I don't want to put such a vital part of my business in their hands.
    Bad enough that they provide paypal with it, but at least it's paypals problem to sort it not ours.
