Also, when you fill the entry form in, you don't just put the last 4 digits in, you put the entire number in. This verifies you as a unique entrant(unless you use multiple sims), and then they just use the last 4 digits+scrambled name to identify you.

I didn't try in case it flagged me as a cheater ...but if that's the case..then the random isn't as random as we would like.
