Hi Rach29 - did you manage to get any joy from the 'contacts' at Magic last week about this and if so, did they give any meaningful response or have they tried to palm you off with an excuse similiar to the one I got? I am going to report to ISP if it continues as it's crazy that the name jams when they said all of these things about how credible and bulletproof their system was etc etc
