Here we go again - will wait till end of the day before I fire this e-mail off!!!!! How incompetent can it get! When people post up names could they put amount up to - it will help if I need to escalate this to ISP (Institute of Sales Promotions) which is looking increasingly likely!!!

In my opinion they should just draw names once and put the names of the people who dont claim into a file so that if all names have been drawn and total amount not claimed they can be put back in. i dunno tho what really works since this is clearly prone to problems,,,,, i wonder if they regret doing it this way lol
