Key thing with the 'machine pause' here is did this mean missed opportunities i.e. did the machine stop generating the names, or more likely, did the machine carry on generating names that weren't published meaning that someones name came up at £20, £30, £40 etc that you didn't get the opportunity to claim as the front-end failed. I'll get in touch with my contacts again because amongst other things, the issues I raised this week and which they responded to saying they were going to extend the competition have not yet been updated on T&Cs some 4 days later!!!!!

Tsk - hate this comp already!!!! But I guess I won't if and when I win :-)
