If the same name had (just possibly) been randomly picked out twice on the trot the amount would've gone up to £20. If the last one had been claimed the name couldn't have come up the second time.

Am I making sense??

Well perhaps ILECILSER-7520 claimed, which is why the amount went to £10 again? But then they can't claim again because they'd already won! LOL! scrap that...Just read rach29 post......

I do have doubts about their "random system"!

yeah there has to be an error with the site, because once you win and claim, your name is removed from the pool of names.

Not sure who to contact, who was it that was in email contact with them?? I'll have a look back.

Maybe someone's put their name in twice with a different phone number and a different email address. I think it checks for duplicate phone number's/email address

its the same last 4 digits of their phone number too, so its not that
