PPI on Overdraft

Hi,

I've got a couple of problems with my bank that need resolving.

Problem 1. I setup PPI on my business overdraft in 2002. Having lost my job earlier this year, I eventually claimed on the PPI this summer. Only to discover the policy had never been setup. Under formal complaint, the bank then did setup the policy with their insurer's. However,

Problem 2. Despite knowing the details of WHY I was claiming, and despite a similar policy I have with the same bank's insurer's on my personal account overdraft that DOES include unemployment, the bank's insurer's setup the "new" policy excluding unemployment. I have raised this as an extension to my original complaint, but to date there is no feedback.

Any advise welcome, especially from anyone who has had a similar experience.

Many thanks
