Not sure what you mean by 'member?' I've just done that. I got a free simm card from O2 and put £10 on it. I then joined the Top Cashback site and signed up for the O2 BB package on-line. Step by step - you clear all your cookies, log into TCB, click on the O2 deal, click on the continue thingy and it takes you to the O2 site, there you sign up for the package and it wants details like your mac codes (although you can supply those later) and it wants a direct debit for the monthly fee. After that go back to the TCB site and in your account under earnings is the cash back waiting to arrive. I started the process a couple of weeks ago, sigbed up for the £9.69p package and have just gone on-line today. They promises me 17Meg and I'm getting 10Meg. Not what I was promised but still better and cheaper than what I had. Will I get the CB - we'll see?0 -
If they said you would get 17mb - then ring 02 and they will do something for you mate.
They usually change the line frequency or something and it boosts your rate. However the lower rate could because of whatever is between you and the exchange on the phone lines. More likely BT's fault than 02 broadband.0 -

back to the OP's question:
If your brother does not already have 02 broadband then you can use his mobile number when applying for 02 broadband and get the discount.
I did this with my sister's mobile number0
