Help with letter from Intrum Justitia

Like I mentioned I actually emailed their UK customer services for help and they passed the email over to the Norwegian side. That's all I wanted was to be told what was actually in the letter and what the charges were for.
Coffee break on other board is understandable (hehe) they are busy!
I've made out through translating it through google that if it is'nt paid in 14 days (letter came today 14 days are up tomorrow!) the debt doubles.0
