HOTMAIL.COM? Help!!!

Dear all,

I was wondering if you could help? I have upgraded to hotmail windows live and two of not three days ago I tired to log in normail log in I know the password off by heart and it wouldnt let me tried and tried and now I am locked out. I have sent 5 of not 6 messages to hotmail to get the account unlocked and no reply. I have even tried the question but it doesnt like my answer. I have heard on the internet that there is a problem with window beta live that it locks you out???

Does anyone know of someone at hotmail.com I can email. I use the account for everything and feel really trapped with out access...

ensure that when you log in that you're using [EMAIL="xxxx@hotmail.com"]xxxx@hotmail.com[/EMAIL] on the email address side. I know a few people who've been caught out with that as they only ever used to put the first part of their email address (the bit before the @hotmail.com) in to log on.

Also, Hotmail have a password retrieval service:
Under the password box on the front page, there's a link saying Forgot your password? which will ask you to put your email address and the characters displayed on the screen. Then, you have a choice as to which way you want to reset the password.

Thanks but put in the email correct and if you go to Forgot your password it gives you two options to either email you a reminded which i havent set up and the other is a question which i dont get the answer right.
