    Hello,

Is the ethernet cable connected from the hub to the computer?

Your key can be found on the sticker on the back of the hub under "WPA key".

Is the ethernet working and enabled in the laptop. Looks to me as if the laptop can't see the ethernet connecttion and is therefore trying to use a wireless connection instead

Have a look at "Network Connections" and see what it says
