why does laptop ask for wireless key??

Everytime my daughter turns on laptop she has no internet connection, pc does diagnosis then asks for wireless key number. Ive got desktop and we run both pc's of bt hub. Any ideas please. Thanks.

Is the ethernet cable connected from the hub to the computer?
Your key can be found on the sticker on the back of the hub under "WPA key".0 -

Is the ethernet working and enabled in the laptop. Looks to me as if the laptop can't see the ethernet connecttion and is therefore trying to use a wireless connection instead
Have a look at "Network Connections" and see what it says0 -
