Bethere cashback from Quidco + Amazon vouchers?

Hello. Has anyone successfully got this? I signed up through Quidco and got £80 cashback plus I entered the 24offer code on the website to get £24 Amazon vouchers. It didn't track and Quidco have declined my enquiry as I didn't have an ID transaction number. Nor have my Amazon vouchers arrived.

So I contacted Bethere asking for the ID number and chasing my vouchers. They are now saying that I can't have both. I queried that the t&cs don't say anything about this but they have just replied that their computer doesn't let them put in two offer codes. So I said I'd have the Quidco cashback please but now they are saying that they can't trace the link from Quidco. I definitely linked from Quidco so I'm very unimpressed that they seem to be trying to wangle their way out of paying out any kind of cashback/ offer at all.

Has anyone else experienced this?
