hi folks bit of a mess can yous help.on orange 24 month contract,8 months in and phone packed in,phoned orange and they told me to send it to samsung repair place in nottingham,got it back today with letter that said it cant be repaired,liquid damage they say but i know its not been near water.not insured,is there any way to get replacement phone?thanks
