    Forgive me if I am wrong but the original thread is about paying by monthly instalments and credit being provided either by the insurer or a third party finance provider for a 12 month policy.

    Just trying to give advice relevant to the question.

    off the top of my head
    quinn and yes insurance do

    as they covered my neighbours son when he was 17 and he paid monthly

    he changed to yes from quinn due to the mahoooosive increase from quinn when he passed his test
