Virgin and Quidco

I signed up to Virgin through Quidco a couple of weeks ago and had it tracked and validated, can anyone tell me if it safe to contact them regarding the installation which takes place in a couple of days without it effecting the cashback process? I only want to ask if they will provide a wireless router as i have had no documentation from them. Does the engineer bring a router anyway?

The wireless router was sent out to my sone after his installation - this was approximately 18 months ago so possibly the engineer might bring it but doubtful.0

I signed up through quidco too and have had to make many calls to chase paperwork, sort out wrong installation details, had to make a complaint through high level complaints team because of manner I have been dealt with.
Yet still quidco claims I will receive the payment in October.
I'll be annoyed if I don't get it because I feel I have earned it for sticking with these clowns.
Flipside though is that they have messed up so royally, I'm already £102 in credit due to them having to keep compensating me for errors.
Time will tell whether it was ever worth the hassle....There used to be a street named after Chuck Norris, but it was changed because nobody crosses Chuck Norris and lives.0 -

I would not call them, they will use any excuse to cancel the £150. Doubt they would send it out before in case you cancelled installation.0
