contract up help

my contract is with o2 and i am due an upgrade,i require 600 anytime/anynetwork mins and bout 500 txts (£25 a month), any ideas on good deals and are the laptop ideas as a free gift any good with some of the sites or do you know if i have to cancel with o2 b4 i sign up.

    There are plenty of threads you could find where the question has been raised. Once again summary - nothing is ever free, the laptop is priced into your line rental.

    Good deals, just look on the internet there are plenty of sites, dialaphone, phones4u, cpw even.

    If you intend to stay with o2 but get a new contract, you will have trouble keeping your number as networks usually do not allow you to take the number without intermediate step.

    The intermediate step being using PAC code to swap to another provider and then back to the original network with a new contract.

    If you upgrade with network, the problem does not arise.
