Can I just say that Paypal isn't a sure fire way of reclaiming your money should things go pearshaped. It's a mistake to put your faith into a system that isn't (and perhaps famously) fool proof.
I have made claims in the past when I haven't received items and I have never received my money back. This is becuase the seller has cut their losses and drawn out the money or spent it before paypal could reclaim it."There are no pockets in a shroud..."0 -
It doesnt matter if the seller uses the money, paypal will put a negative sign on his acocunt and could send bailiffs round, right?0
