sami, and anyone else who hates spiders, this one is for you :)
You are clearly not arachnophobic! there is no way on this earth I would ever use that! (sorry not having a go, these gadgets anger me for some reason) all spids must be squished to oblivion so there is no danger of them growing bigger then coming back for revenge
Benjamin and I are counting down the days too - later we are heading over to MILs to pick up some stew that she has made for Benjamin - I am sure she is convinced that I don't feed my family, last night she brought me some cherry pie along to the fundraiser  and last week she randomly gave me a tin of salmon :rotfl:
It is a MILs job to assume their DIL is unable to feed their baby boy as well as they did  just think in 25yrs time we'll probably to shoving tubs/plates/pots of yummy goodies in the hand of our son's OH's :D

I'm after ideas of little nice things I can promise to do. (nothing roodies please ladies!-I know that would work in lots of relationships but I'm always a bit weird about physical stuff having to genuinely come out of us both feeling close and loving at the time, rather than because I wrote it on a piece of paper 2 months ago!!!)

At least 5 will have to be a cup of tea tokens for after we've both gone upstairs for tv watching cos neither of us like getting out of the nice warm bed and going down to our icy kitchen!

He quite likes foot rubs :)

I made an apple and cinnamon cake once and he's glorified it in his head as his best pudding ever, so I shall promise to make that again.

Any more no-spend treats you guys can think of?

    xxx
Weezl agrees to... watch a 'blokey' dvd and pretend to love it as much as he does
cook a sweet treat of his choice
let him have a double portion of dessert
    run a bubble bath
leave the seat UP after using the loo??
scrub his back (my OH likes to be bathed when he's had a hard day at work and sometimes I oblige :D)

Elle lack of DLA is rediculous!!!
The very best is sometimes what nature gives us for free.

  • Oh and whilst I remember, thank you all our advice re contraceptives. I stopped taking the devil pill (so rightly named, Mel I think?!) and now have the implant. Headaches have almost stopped, I'm in a lot better place mood wise and my monthlies still haven't come back yet!!!!

Thanks SM i know theres not much I can do, Eloise and I both had a fluey type bug last week and I was really happy that millie hadn't got it.

It looks like she's picked this up from school, we had a note home saying that some kids at school had had it. She is very poorly and there isn't much i can do to help, OH has gone to get some calpol cold and flu in the hope it will help with her temp which is 39.1 at the mo.

  • I hope Millie gets better quickly - usually we suffer more when the children (or men!) are ill!

    Agggh I'm really frigged off.
This person who was making racist comments on FB has copied my pic, put it on her profile and wrote this
name and shame this gal shes called c******* r*** and her and her bf threaten to knife kds up she also thinks shes something good and the best looking gal around iknw laugh
I aint even spoke to her except from 2 replys on FB and she is the one who was telling OH that she has had someone knifed before so watch out! I dont even know the girl !!!!!!!
So I've put in a request to FB to change my name a bit, and I've reported her and the messages, :(
