Yep Tara, he was neutered over a month ago. He got done the day after I caught him peeing in Keira's clothes drawer. It hasn't even calmed him down either, he is seriously feral or something!

I've just went and bought another litter tray, a regular one, and I'm hoping now there is more, he won't want or need to pee on things lying around. He was maybe scenting the coat? I don't know. I don't think he !!!!es on carpets or anything but It still leaves a stink lying around.

I had to take the flap off the hooded litterbox they have now as he didn't like it, so maybe now there is a regular one he won't do it. I can hope!

Oh yeah and I heard OH and his mum talking on the phone, and she's buying me a bicycle for xmas!! LOL, I feel about 14. I did want one though, to stick a seat on the back for Keira, so we could go out and about. they don't know I know though.

OMG WOW A BIKE!!! I LOVVVVVVEEEE IT AND IM TOTALL SUPRISED. Will that do?

Hello, new 1st time mum here! Currently on my first day at home with baby :) Some of you will know me from the pregnancy thread, hello again! Was given so much advice in hospital I can't remember it all now and my MW hasn't been yet but doing some online shopping and was told to get something to put in my bath to help my stitches heal but I can't remember what. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi jennynoo - I just used plain table salt in mine and it seemed to do the trick. It is finding the time to have the bath that is difficult!

Hope everything is going well :)

My MW told me not to listen to the old wives tale about putting salt in the water, but she did recommend drying your bits with a hairdryer.

I'm thinking she said tea tree oil or something similar, I'll wait and see what the MW says but she hasn't arrived yet and I was told to ring a number if she hadn't arrived by 5pm. I wish I'd had a chance to write all the advice down there was just so much and they didn't given me my pregnancy notes back :(

Ah - somebody was telling me about tea tree oil the other day.

You don't get your pregnancy notes back - I remember being gutted and telling the girls on the preg thread then to copy them if they wanted to keep them.

When your MW discharges you she will whip away your post-natal notes too.
