Susan - I meant to say I wouldn't worry too much about them coming and taking your stuff, we get a constant stream of debt collection letters for the previous occupant here but we've never had anyone turn up at the door0

Right I am off to tidy the house !! Chris and Jasmine are tidying her room in the pretense that she is holidaying at nannys this weekend and it needs done before she goes, whereas it is just so that it is easier to take everything out tomorrow to start the big makeover !!!
Catch you all later xxThe two best things I have done with my life

My Christopher poo'd when playing xbox so he is banned (especially as I took him for a pee before I let him play it) from xbox. And he is fed up wit me saying 'do you need the toilet' and rubbing my finger on my boob at him (makaton sign).0

Sucsess! made him sit on it and sing a song and what do you know a wee came out!
Probably sounds a tad crazy but I used to sit Joshua on the potty and tickle him, hoping that he would pee (lack of bladder control and all that) He started taking his nappies off at around 16 months so it was harder to explain to him what the potty was for! Anyway I digress - It worked he wee'd lots of praise from mummy! WooHooBar night time nappies he was out of them all together at around 18 months!

maybe non-union member.thought you werent meant to cross a picket line though...
The sorting office staff and ones who collect mail from postboxes are on strike today.
The ones who deliver the mail are on strike tomorrow.
Not everyone is in the union so non-members have to go to work as normal and will have to cross the picket line. Staff who have decided to ignore the union and work will be going in too. A friend of my husbands is working as her husband has just been made redundant and they have two small children, and she just cannot afford to lose wages as they barely have enough to live on at the moment.
If they get any hassle from people in the picket line for crossing it, the person(s) doing the hassling will be dealt with by RM when they go back to work, as they're not allowed to bully and hassle other people.
Husband is a manager, but is in the sorting office today doing a 12 hour shift to keep as much mail moving as they can. He's in a delivery office tomorrow as RM are trying to keep the callers office's open and take out all the Special Delivery and other urgent mail. Here I go again on my own....0 -
I've got a very unhappy baby! She's crying, with tears - and she never cries!
I'm guessing its her teeth, one has poked through, but there is another lump next to it, and lumps up above.
Shes got red cheeks, snotty nose and smelly bum too.
She's just had a A&P administered by spoon (Thanks Mooki!) (And how stupid are the rest of us!
).
Is it a full moon again? All our babies seem to be behaving appallingly ATM!! I can't even remember if I told you that Benjamin had me up 5 times between 12.30am and 6.30am (that means I got out of bed 10 times!!!!!)
A&P powder administered by spoon here too - Mooki the parenting genius!!whats this? am I too late?
MFD: have you had your BB choc yet?
Yes...and the questionnaire...but I don't want to eat the choc!!! I got one bar commemorating Benjamin's birth and another for DSS for Halloween. Guess we might have to eat them this weekend :rolleyes:please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120
