em, dont answer if you dont want, but what do you call him? Also has he changed his name?
There is a customer of mine who went from Alexandra to Alexander which I thought was very unimaginative !!!The two best things I have done with my life

i will always call him dad, he can never be anything else to me. at first i told him that on my wedding day he could either be there as him or not be there at all but i was quite hormonal at the time so i've backtracked on that!! and thanks for that elle, i hadnt thought of that!! i got him a fathers day card, and a grandad card from seth then too
he has changed his name to sally, was robert before, dunno how that connection has been made!

Evening all
I am currently sat in the car whilst I wait for DH to pick up our tea from the local curry house! I'm so hungry.
Spent most of this afternoon clearing the back room ready to make up Daniels cot tomorrow and then when he comes back from Grandmas and Grandads tomorrow he'll be going in his own room.

SM, I was thinking, do you live somewhere central-ish, an area easy to get to?
Strictly speaking it's against the rules but I've seen a few 'wanteds' on our freecycle lately also asking for delivery in exchange for either petrol money or cakes/biscuits. If you're somewhere central or where people pass to get to work, you might strike lucky for a new hoover0 -
elle i am and i aint iykwm ..... i near central but its still 40 min walk at least the thing is it has to be a pet vacuum (i went through 3 vacuums before i figured that one out) otherwise it dont even touch the dog hair and sweeps an extreme hair shedder ... believe me its annoying x
Still searching .....:)

but if you can get one off freecycle its free and it wont matter if its knackered quick, you'd just need it to tide you over til you can get your spare partsMummy to

Hi Everyone.
I made an impulse buy yesterday...Now I am wondering if I did the right thing!!
I was walking past Mamas and Papas and noticed they had a buggy called Kato on half price offer, £60 in stead of £120, So I nipped in chucked Kai in the display model pushed it about 10 seconds and bought one!! Has anybody any experience of this buggy? I ideally wanted a Maclaren but couldn't really justify paying in excess of £100 for a buggy to just keep in the boot, that will only be used if doing a short trip out. If we have a day out planned we will take our usual one, but sick of getting it in and out the car every 5 mins.
I was going to say as well, would you believe how hard it is to buy a kid a football kit!! We went to 5 different sports stores yesterday trying to find 2 liverpool kits one in 7-8 and one 9-10, in any colour (red/white/black) as long as they were different to each other and the 9-10 aged one wasn't in white!!!! Impossible, I also phoned all 4 LFC stores local(ish) to us and they couldn't get us what we needed either, we ended up having to go to 3 shops one to get the age 7-8 full kit in white, one to get a red 9-10 top and another to get matching red shorts!!! absolutely stupid and for the privilege of running around like headless chickens it cost us £100 for the two!!!
Uni is going really well, I love my course and am so far managing to keep up with the work load (haha, 3wks in) but now am considering taking a pg test (again) but last time I took one it had been 5wks since af, this time it is now over 9wks! I am going to wait until 12wks as I have had a period that far apart before (once) although 5-7wks was usual......other reason is that i am desperate for curry every day!
I am having a nightmare with Kai, he won't eat! He is driving me mad, esp at lunch time...dinner time isn't great but slightly better than the lunch feed. He is just going down and down on his chart and I reckon next time I weigh him he will be under the 9th centile, well he will if this carries on!!!
Sorry for the long waffle:)
Mel xUnless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.0 -
cheers em and elle .......... just had a text off my mate theres a vacuum part place down town (always the last to know) said it worth a shot .. closed today but open on monday i think i'll ring as soon as they open
the part should only be about £14-15 so im not gonna let them rip me off when i know how much it is x
Still searching .....:)
