By which you mean deliberately getting up at 5.15 for several days!
Haven't thought about it but you might have a point, I just feel there's a big risk of him then being up from 5.15 instead of 5.45 :p Will give it a bit longer to see how clear a pattern it is, he's been pretty inconsistent up til recently.

SM, try breaking it into small steps, deal with them individually, treat each one as a job well done and give yourself an imaginary gold star :) or a tiny treat! Forget the "big job", deal with some very little jobs and see how it goes.

That's how I ever have success with this stuff anyway  I am easily demoralised by viewing the whole extent of weekend chores or similar!
  • Oh I am so naughty :o
Left Jas to school and decided I was a bit hungry, so as McDs is only a 2 minute drive from her school, I accidentally got a double sausage egg mcmuffin meal :o oops:rotfl:

No point asking me, I'm more likely to offer you a bar of chocolate and invite you to slob on the sofa, instead of kicking you into doing chores ... the vacuum cleaner has not made it upstairs since before I had Andrew ....

  • Thanks for the hugs yesterday. Just feeling pretty low and I have a grumpy baby. He really, really wants to crawl and isn't happy unless he is practising. Only problem is he gets really tired and frustrated. Because he isn't wanting to feed during the day, he feeds all night. It was literally all night - I kept trying to slide him over, but he stayed attached. Keep trying to get an appointment, but keep being told receptionist isn't in, and given the wrong info about when she will be in.

theres loads of docs so its pot luck as to who you see for a emergency one really  i think i recognise the name of him as the one that finally listened to me about seths reflux instead of fobbing me off with "he's putting on weight so he's fine" etc so hopefully should be ok.

i just attempted to read back and then decided i CBA :rotfl: but going back to parents reactions, MIL shrieked in excitement, FIL said "its a bit early to be excited, anything could happen in the next few weeks" and, well, my dad.... responded to the news "you're going to be a grandfather!" with "oh.... no i'm not, i'm actually going to be a grandmother, i'm having a sex change!!" :rotfl: :rotfl:

    do i win? :D
