I was trying to be MSE :p;) Failing, clearly..
  • Oh, I am so excited, but I need to get this appointment done first. We are getting Dylans hips checked again, as the physio wants the doctor to have a look before she starts deeper working with him. Also need to discuss the milk again. He had done so well for a few days and kept most of it down, and in the last 3 days he has started being sick again :( Hopefully we will get a fairly quick referral to the hospital for the x-ray.
The two best things I have done with my life

i have a busy day again today! didnt take seth to settle in with the CM yesterday cos he was being a grump, so i am going to take him when he wakes up from his nap, should hopefully avoid him being too grumpy if he's just had a nap! then going to try and find a coat, get a bit of food in, and hopefully fit baby weighing clinic in at some point in there!

thanks for the coat links peeps xxx

im trying to get myself going i've decided that before xmas im going to go through one room a day (if i dont have to go out) and today is my room to which i have a messy cupboard you know the one where you throw anything in and sort it out later ... well its later :(

SM - i'm stealing your idea, but don't know where to start...... DD's room I think. Its not too messy and the beds need changing in prep. for the sleepover party on Saturday.
Plus, my tidying before xmas includes decorating the living room before the new sofa comes on 6th December.

    Have fun in Ikea MM.

    Have fun with DD tara.

    Tigster I bl00dy hate Virgin!

    Bad morning here so far!
The plan was to shower, take DD to school in the car, come back and straighten hair then collect Nan to take her for a hospital appointment at half 10.
However, I realised at 10 to 9 that my keys, house & car, were in the pocket in the hood of the big pram.
The big pram that OH had kindly locked in the shed for me last night. And the only key to the shed is on my keys!

So, we had to run to school, with the little buggy, and wet hair looking like a scarecrow.
Ring Mum to get out of work to take nan for appointment.
Ring OH to blame him for locking the pram in the shed (i'd left if out to put in the car for today).........obviously its all his fault! ;);)

Anyway - DD had a lovely birthday yesterday. A couple of photos on facebook - this one being my favorite of my beautiful girls.

She's also excited that Saturday is her other birthday - when the girls are coming. She thinks she's the queen! :rotfl:

Thought I replied re this but dont think I did.Definately check out the £15 black coats from Asda. I bought one last time round and its great. My only comment is that I ended up buying the next size up ie 18 cos the arms werent quote long enough and found it fitted better.... looking forward to putting it on this year although with bump dont think I will be able to do it up !!!
Mum to 2 lovely boys who keep me busy.
  • Morning :)
Right plan of action for today is to get Dylans bag packed and 3 bottles made up and then take him to HV and doctor then to my mums. Mum is picking Jasmine up after school, and I am going to IKEA !!!!! Have I mentioned that I am excited ??? :p

I am really crampy thins morning, so I have taken a few painkillers before it gets too bad as I dont want to be too sore walking round. Chris has done nothing but complain that he is only for looking at the furniture, we dont nbeed anything else !! Spoil sport :( But he can sit in the car if he doesnt want to walk round, I wanna see it !!

MM- don't forget to pick up a family card (probably be on the way in) as having one means you get free hot drinks in the restaurant and discounts on various kiddies items in the store.

(I've realised I only respond to Ikea posts on here- I'm not obsessive, I promise. I just have one really near by :o)

3 - your daughters are gorgeous! If Keira ends up looking half as pretty as liv, I'd be chuffed to bits. I do think she is beautiful young girl :) (I hope I don't sound creepy here lol)

Elle - How abouts you give me some of your curly hair? I'll have any hair to thicken mine out, pubic welcome also.....:p

I have a full blown cold now I think, started last Sunday with a constant streaming nose and it's not let up, now have a gruff cough that has me coughing lung lumps up aswell, nice!

I read about those asda coats, they look quite nice, i like the look of the purple but everyone has been saying they come up small and even though my boobs arent that big (they deflated after initially inflatig with the new pill, sob!) I struggle to find coats or shirts that the button closes up over your boobs, even if I go the next size up, I must have a fat back, and then when you go up the next size it's a bit ill fitting everywhere else.

Trying to persuade my mum to come down today....not for her to do my dishes, honest!

    Morning all,

Hugs to Weezl and MFD and anyone else who needs them.

Hope you have a great day out MM - you are certainly more excited than I would be about going to Ikea! Hope you have fun and drag your husband round and round when you get lost following the arrows!

Elle - have a nice day on your own and make the most of your free time. Don't do too much housework!

Three - your girls are gorgeous! The youngest looks really cheerful and happy.

Holly slept through from about 11pm last night until 7.30am this morning when I got DH to wake her for a feed and change. She has been sleeping since then but think she is stirring now a bit. Would be ideal if that was the routine/pattern every night, but I won't hold my breath! I have been to the docs this morning so at least I am dressed and showered today. Might have gallstones but they are doing more blood tests to find out as the pain I get doesn't quite match up exactly.

HV is coming this afternoon (so I could have a long lie, but I forgot I had the docs in the morning!), so not sure what to do. Not really much point in going anywhere in between times so probably another day in the house for me. Might do some tidying and start some online Christmas shopping. Or just lurk on here!

I have a cupboard and drawers of crap too, the one in the hall where the towels and linen are kept is spewing out, I do have a cupboard in my kitchen but my fridge is in that so I can't bung anything in it unfort lol and the other utility closest is where the cats litter trays are, so can't store crap in their either as they might poop on it grrr

    Morning!

Good luck MM with the physio and have fun at Ikea (I didnt read back, that is where your off to isnt it?).

Elle, enjoy your Rhys free time :D

Three that is a cute pic, they are lovely girls.

Again I'm still in my housecoat, just enjoying not having to rush about for this week. Going for a shower soon but Amber is being a wee moody moo (again).
