Also make sure you can get the formula you use over there if need be. A friend is going to India for 8 weeks and she doesnt want to risk baby having problems with the brand of formula over there and has to take about 50 of those big powder cartons with her which takes up almost 2 suitcases!!

50 powder cartons  for 8 weeks  that is 6.25 cartons a week??? Is that right?? That is nearly a carton a day?

    Surely that is too many!!!

    Could you really be !!!!!d??

  • Probably no point! My best RL mummy friend got one for her baby (not-so-baby-1-yo) and she simply isn't interested...she knows it isn't the real thing :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

She did love her fish maracas though!! Got a text from friend with baby girl holding said maracas with a note to say she will not let them go!! Texted back to ask if that made me great Auntie Steph who knows what baby loves or bad Auntie Steph who buys pain in the a$$ presents and not had a reply yet!!!

:rotfl:I bought my nephew a drum :eek:I am dreading to see what Dylan gets in return :o

Sometimes when I feel peeved with hubby, I will log into my Sky account online and use the remote record function to record 2 programmes at once, so if hubby is watching something the clash programme thing will come up and make him panic!! I generally do it if I am out and hubby isnt answering his phone because its on silent or in the other room. It reminds him of my existence so he can ring me!!! Its our special way of communicating!

May I suggest that you all try it!

    :T:T:T:T

And now I love you more!!!

Although I think that is a bit wierd and geeky!!!

    ;)

LOL - have sent a message on my FB status to shame friend into replying!!!

I think I am ace for knowing what baby likes!! Although...they had to eventually confiscate my last gift (a stuffed monkey) from baby girls bedroom because she wouldn't go to sleep because she was chatting to him and laughing at him :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
