MM, have you got any further with ideas for Jasmine's room? When it is you're doing it? I was wondering earlier if you could take her to a wallpaper shop, pretending to look for new wallpaper for the dining room or something and see what she's drawn to.. Is Jas the type to get distracted and go looking for things for her instead? ;)

Very clever idea, I was trying to be ulta subtle earlier and was flicking through a home mag that I have from ages ago that had cute girlie rooms in it and nosey as she is she kept going, ohh I want a room like that when I'm a bigger girl :)

Maz - have been investigating ;)

She told us she was TTC on 7th July...on 17th July she was saying she was very, very tired! I am guessing it could be a March Baby

    ooo Thanks for that

sm what surveys do you do?

I do Ipsos and My survey...

just been to a friends for dinner. Didnt really enjoy at all. They phoned and said that they had 2 other couples coming round who also had kids so ok to bring LO. OH called earlier and checked and was given the impression that everyone was eating and would include kids, so we didnt feed LO. Got there to find dining table laid out for adults and their kids had eaten chips already....

Then when food came up it wasnt all that and Henry has had crisps, cheesecake and some of our soup for tea tonight. Plus they have drunk loads of wine and I've had half a glass mixed with lemonade all night.... right off to try and get LO to bed now....thanks for letting me moan and see you in morning...

See I thought that if she was ready to start school at 4 and almost a half then they would let her but the HV said to me and the nursery teacher said she wouldn't go till she was 5, I guess she would be ready by then, and she gets two whole years of nursery frolics. Guess it's not a big deal, just don't want her held back if she is ready?

Oh and Keira's due date was April 10th and my midwife kept telling me that was her daughters birthday. I actually went into labour at 6am on the 10th but she didn't pop out until quarter to 2am on the 11th.

I had the 10th stuck in my head for ages because of that, and tax credits kept hanging the phone up on me and refusing to talk to me because I'd say 10/04/06 oh wait no 11!

"Sorry we can't talk to you now, bye!"

Do you get funding for nursery BM? (don't know if it's different in Scotland) When does that run out? That's probably an indication of when to send her to school
