    SM, I use renne windeze (sp?) they are the best things ever invented !! Cuz I find once the bloatedness goes, its easier to go !!

    hiya SM,

    I didn't know the depo could cause constipation, but I know hormones slow he metabolism, which can also slow your bowels :(

    Arms above the head when on the loo, apparently lengthens the colon and helps things     along...:)

    My yellow bumbo and play tray sold this morning for £ 27.33.
    Not bad considering I bought it for £ 7.99 because noone else wanted to bid on a yellow one on that particular morning! :money:
