I'm not sure, I was thinking about it, that it might make days go quicker when I'm tired and would build in walking which might help with PG.
Why, do you think it's a doozer idea? Happy for you to say!;)

when will you fit in housework etc and when will fergus sleep
Christopher tended to sleep more on days we went to a group, so doing a morning and afternoon thing would result in a very grumpy boy. I personally did around 3 things per week but I'd consider doing 1 thing per day depending on what that was0 -
right hair dying time ....... shall be back later ...... possibly crying :rotfl: x
Still searching .....:)

It is a beautiful buggy and I love it to bits but there is a down side and it takes a lot of getting used to when you are walking around. EVERYBODY comments on it...from little boys to old ladies and everyone in between. If I am having a feeling shoite day I hate itI just wish people would leave me and my son (and my buggy) alone.
I also find that when it is parent facing lots of people come close and peer in at Benjamin as they walk past...I think that they want to check if it really is a buggy with a baby in it
It is also quite heavy compared to some buggys (not to push, but to pick up to put in the boot) but I am a strapping lass so I don't mind
I thoroughly recommend it as an ace way to transport your babbayey Andrew/Tigs, Get well soon Marley
MFD: where/how did you get urs cheaper
:money: I waited for a good deal and got pretty much the first package you linked to (not the changing bag) for £550.
I have never seen a red one! I have only seen mine and an olive green one (which is the one I would have chosen, given a choice) in the flesh.
Weezl - all the groups here are free :money: do your surestart not do free stuff?
I think an activity every day is a bit much personally - where's the time for slobbing with mummy?please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -
What sort of things did you do, Sami? (ETA: and MFD
)
I'm going to ask a few questions about flu jabs and then see if the nurses agree to us joining some groups.. Am getting very bored only going out when I've got to be somewhere because someone else says so, not because we've chosen to go iyswim.0 -
I just think you'd both be exhausted

Good thoughts.
Housework eh? Not very good at that at the mo!:o But you're right, I must build in time for it.
Sleep wise, was thinking his 8.30 sleep is before all the activities start, his 11.30/12ish is after the morning ones and his 3ish is on the way home from the afternoon ones.
It might not work out like that in real life though!;)
I'm basing it on last friday and how happy he seemed, which could have been a one-off! Also have been feeling that I can get a bit more easily clock-watching til DH comes home if I'm here all day, much as I get lots of support from you all, I feel I'd need more peopleness to stop me doing that...
Have also been thinking that although I am doing 'normal relating' with you lot: Caring how you all are, sharing as well as listening, smiling and being expressive (using smilies)...
But all Fergus will see is just typing. And I'd like to show him a more socially normal pattern.
Does that make sense?
I'm not dumping you all- as if I could! I just wonder if it's better for him to see me smile and laugh and take turns with other people more.
Am interested in any thoughts, I'm just thinking out loud really.

it's a great chart feelie
No wonder you've got Tobes in big-boy sized clothes! You must have found it hard to keep on top of all the wardrobe changes- I found it tiring doing it all this weekend, and we're just digging out 6 month + stuff at 7 months (and a lot of the 3-6 still fits:o). I've still got a bit of bleaching to do from the new size stuff as well:eek: only got half done on Sat
