hiya Tigs :) Glad your little boy is doing so well even if your bigger boy is poorly!

Elle I'm so glad you can stay in. Try to take your comfy things that remind you of home too as well as for rhys. How about taking your pillow?!

I have just drafted a lettter to new line mangager asking her for a decision in principle about number of 'keeping in touch' days. If I can take 8 I will get nearly SMP equivalent next year. So very important what she says.

However she doesn't know I'm pregnant, so I'm concerned she'll think it's a bottom of the pile task... Fingers crossed.

My activities list for the week looks hopeful although there are some activities which may turn out to be the wrong age group for Fergie. If they aren't though, we could do something morning and afternoon all week.

How much do you all think is a reasonable spend on mum and baby groups for a week?

weezl, I would say £2 or £3 a day so for 5 days I would think about £15 is reasonable for groups

you're not going to do that much though, are you?
I've only ever done 1 paid for group per week, most expensive is/was £1 for me £2 per toddler. for that we get as much toast as we can eat, juice and a craft for Chris and a cuppa for me :)

Managed to get Jack to sleep on OH so I put more washing on, cleaned the kitchen and cut up the beef joint - got more out of it than I thought.
Figured 10 pieces of meat per meal and cut it up into 102 pieces so we have ...........................

2 dinners worth of beef madras in 1 slow cooker
2 dinners worth of beef casserole in another slow cooker
1 dinners worth of beef casserole in the oven

Will be ready at midnight, so will portion them out into containers, leave to cool and pop in freezer when I get up for night feed!

I am so chuffed :j but after all that Jack is awake now! No rest for the wicked!

Gonna try and watch Monsters Inc now!

MFD - I lurve your Stokke!

Tigs - YAY for Andrew, I love hearing about his progress and always tell OH about him just like I did with Rhys! OH even asks now whether there are any more pictures of Andrew!
A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Where does the time go?

I'm not sure, I was thinking about it, that it might make days go quicker when I'm tired and would build in walking which might help with PG.

Why, do you think it's a doozer idea? Happy for you to say!;)

Oh, is Monsters Inc on telly, Glam? Which channel? :D

Can hear Rhys crying and OH asking him if he's hungry.. I'm assuming that's a hint to me, but then I wonder what OH thinks I do when he's crying like that and I'm the only one here..

Weezl i think its a good idea if you have the energy. It may be easier for you in the long run, than having to entertain him yourself when you will be tired. I'd say £2 per day would be money well spent x
