sky plus help please

we have sky plu at the moment, and the talk plan and broadband and we are apying £35 a month!! we can no longer afford this and our contract runs out at the end of the month
have looked on the sky site but its all abit confusing pricewise and what you get.
we are goign to ring up and threaten to cancel unless we can get it under £20 for phone (some free calls evening and weekend ) broadband and sky plus. is this possible?
saw something online where it was £18.50 for skyplus.. did this include phone and broadband?
also if we do carry on with sky are we back on a 12 month contract?
please help as i need to get this sorted this week

You can get it for this. Basically it includes 2 Skt TV packs, 2mb broadband and evening and weekend calls.also if we do carry on with sky are we back on a 12 month contract?
