I am due to have Virgin installed and want the wireless setup, when i signed up online through Quidco, i was not given any option regarding wireless or not, i cant phone up Virgin to ask them as i might invalidate the cashback, does anyone know if the wireless router is included?

Thanks for that, i was'nt sure if i had to specify i wanted a wireless router, just worried the engineer will turn up without one0

All their packages now include it as standard. However my son eventually had to phone as no wireless router arrived.
If nothing arrives either at or shortly after installation I would think it would be safe to phone and ask where it is.0 -
just to make sure i want a cable wireless router not an asdl router0

Virgin will send you a router compatible with their network - i.e. a cable wireless router.0

If you are 'due to have it installed' then the installers should bring everything you need. They might not set up the wireless for you though - but it is easy.0

I hope it doesn't.
I signed up via quidco (£150 cashback) and was told via email that I'd hear back from Virgin after 48hrs.
After over 3 days of hearing nothing I phoned Virgin, they apologised, said I should have been sent an email, but arranged the install date there and then. I mentioned quidco to him and he said that as I had applied through quidco, me phoning him up shouldn't have made any difference.Martin Lewis is always giving us advice on how to force companies to do things.
