hi got ntl installed 2 weeks ago ,every thing going fine until few day ago when the internet stop working ,put it down to something wrong with computer,got the ntl bill today to be paid on the 16 of this month ( they owe me £14.99) from the last time I was with them and was told this would come off my first bill,looked at bill, money not off it, so was going to phone but they were closed as it was after 8 pm.Then ring their tec department about not been able to connect to internet,after 10 mins of going over things they came back to tell me I had been disconnected by the billing department and sorry I need to phone them,how could I pay the bill it only came today anyone else had this trouble with ntl

I've found the staff on their Customer Relations line more helpful for sorting out billing issues than the usual customer services line - 08000 529 403. Don't know if you've tried this number or not, but might be worth complaining to them to see what, if anything, they can do by way of an apology?!0

tryed that number but they are closed,had to phone billing 4 times and still waiting on a call back ,could talk 24 hours not happy at all0

i found there customer service helped me out too. when my net stops with them i find just reseting the modem does the trick0

thanks to all got it sorted ,mix up because I had an account over a year ago and ntl didnt close it so I ended up having 2 accounts ,but now back on line0
