Does any company buy your home to sell on as a shared ownership?

  • I think you are overpriced as there are a lot of 3 beds with much more space coming onto the market at your price. Sorry not what you wanted to hear.

I would talk to the housing association or drop the price

Apart from that carpet (which isn't a major point), the only negatives seem to be that kit and 2nd bed smallish, and there is no CH, just stand alone heaters.

Plus points : large lounge, off road parking.

However this is a typical 2 bed house of the past 20 yrs and they are not noted for their generous room sizes.

The main problem seems to be the position, on the edge of a trading estate and not everyone would want a view of a caravan display ground from back bedroom window.
If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales

No house on your road has ever sold for anything like what you are asking.

Going through RM, looking just for 2 bed houses in your area, they start at £60k and there are lots of lovely looking ones significantly cheaper than yours.

So, you have a lot of competition.
